What If I Don't Meet Compliance?

If You’re Not Meeting CPAP Compliance

If your insurance says you’re “non-compliant,” don’t worry — you still have options.

At Sleeptech, we’ll help you choose the best path to keep your therapy moving forward.

What It Means:

Most insurance plans require that you use your CPAP at least 4 hours per night on 70% of nights within the first 90 days.

If you don’t meet this, coverage for your machine and supplies may pause — but treatment doesn’t have to stop.

Your Options

1. Requalify Through Insurance

Restart coverage by seeing your doctor, completing a new sleep study, and resubmitting documentation. Once approved, insurance can resume payments for your therapy.

2. Continue Out-of-Pocket

Keep using your device and purchase supplies directly through SleepTech. We’ll review pricing, support, and options with you.

3. Return the Device

If you’ve decided therapy isn’t right for you, simply return your equipment to SleepTech. We’ll make it quick and easy.

We’re Here to Help.

Our team will guide you through whichever option you choose — from new sleep studies to direct billing or returns.
