All products (retail and travel CPAP devices) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. Conditions for Return:
Unopened Products: Must be in original packaging and unused to qualify for a return.
Opened Products: Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or covered under warranty.
3. Shipping and Fees:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 10% applies to all eligible returns.
4. Defective Products:
Report Defects: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Replacement/Warranty Claims: Require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
5. Retail CPAP Supplies (e.g., masks, cushions, accessories):
Unopened Supplies: Eligible for return within the 30-day window.
Opened Supplies: Non-returnable unless defective.
