Comprehensive Return Policy for Retail Purchases

Returns will only be accepted for valid reasons such as product defects, incorrect items received, or other issues deemed acceptable upon review. All return requests must be submitted to support@sleeptechnologies.com and are subject for approval

1. General Return Window:
All products (retail and travel CPAP devices) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
 
2. Conditions for Return:
Unopened Products: Must be in original packaging and unused to qualify for a return.
Opened Products: Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or covered under warranty.
 
3. Shipping and Fees:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 10% applies to all eligible returns.
 
4. Defective Products:
Report Defects: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Replacement/Warranty Claims: Require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
 
5. Retail CPAP Supplies (e.g., masks, cushions, accessories):
Unopened Supplies: Eligible for return within the 30-day window.
Opened Supplies: Non-returnable unless defective.
